Is it okay to rest in times of crisis?
‘You’re not doing enough’ ‘Rest is radical!’ ‘You need to check your privilege’ ‘You don’t have to save the world’ I bet you every activist has struggled with the guilt of rest… I don’t have good answers, but increasingly I’m learning that it’s okay to prioritise my joy while navigating this messy, messy world.
